Born in the Swiss Alps, I began to train in ballet at 3. By the age of 12, I was diagnosed with a Leukaemia and had to overcome serious complications that paralyzed me. Several months later, I began to train again and went on with my professional dance education, despite the pain and fatigue inflicted by chemo. By the age of 18, and after 5 years of treatment, I was dancing professionally.
During my career, I had to overcome few injuries. I endured chronic inflammation and felt into the Domino effect of the overtraining syndrome. I would
also be diagnosed with a osteoarthritis of the hip when I was 18. By the age of 27, my general health was very poor. I realized that a radical change was needed.
Descending from a long line of mountain dwellers, I always had a profound respect for Traditional Medicine and medicinal plants. In 2010, I began studying Herbalism, herbal medicine and Tradition Medicine. Graduating from "L'Alchémille" Ecole de plantes médicinales (Switzerland) in 2018, I later widen my knowledge at the Swiss School for natural medicine "La Mandorle" (2020-21). Mother of one, I am currently living in Haute-Savoie (74) in France.
